Withdrawal policy.
Conditions for understanding the available balance, ownership, times and checks before requesting the transfer of funds out.
1. What this policy covers
A withdrawal is requested from the entity that holds or processes the funds. This page explains the process described by the proposal and must be read together with that provider's contract. Registering an enquiry with Ridge Growantion does not create a balance and does not allow withdrawals from the informational site.
Before signing up, check how the available balance is calculated and which conditions affect the return of capital. An unrealised result or a pending order is not the same as money that can already be transferred.
2. Available methods
The payment methods table describes bank transfer and compatible cards, subject to the provider's approval. The destination must belong to the account holder and accept that type of crediting. It is not claimed that any bank or card accepts a withdrawal merely because it allows a payment.
If the original method is no longer available, ask about the procedure before naming another beneficiary. An exception may require proof of ownership and an additional review. Do not use third-party accounts to avoid restrictions.
3. Processing and crediting
Bank transfer has a reference of 1 to 3 business days and cards 1 to 5 business days in the service table. These periods are counted after approval and may differ from the final crediting. Weekends, public holidays, document review or an incident at the receiving institution can extend them.
Ask for the specific status: received, under review, approved, sent or credited. If it has already been sent, request a reference that lets you check with the receiving entity. A generic “processing” message does not by itself explain where the money is.
4. Fees and external costs
The table states that the site's own withdrawal fee is free. That does not exclude charges from the bank, the card, a currency conversion or external services. Before confirming, check the currency, the requested amount, the deductions and the estimated sum to receive. If anything does not match the disclosed cost, ask for an explanation.
An additional payment to unlock a withdrawal must not be accepted without a verifiable contractual basis. Do not send funds to a personal account for a supposed release fee. Keep the communication and check with the official provider.
5. Limits and available balance
The provider's confirmed minimum and maximum are [WITHDRAWAL LIMITS]. Limits are not invented from the plans' initial capital. Availability may depend on open positions, pending settlements or valid account restrictions.
If a request exceeds the available balance, check which part of the balance is committed. Splitting requests must not be used to circumvent controls. Ask for information about the limit applicable to the method, its calculation period and the possibility of changing it.
6. Identity and prevention
The provider may need to verify identity and ownership before sending funds. The requirements must be explained and the documents delivered through a secure channel. A withdrawal is not approved just because the user has completed the site's commercial form.
The beneficiary's details must be consistent with those of the account. If your identity document, email or bank has changed, report it before making a request. The identification page describes the difference between a basic verification and an additional review.
7. Delays or rejection
Incorrect details, an incompatible destination, pending documentation or an additional check can stop the process. There may also be a technical failure or a requirement applicable to the provider. The response must state, where possible, which point still needs resolving, without exposing details of checks that must remain confidential.
Do not repeat the request if you do not know the status of the previous one. Ask for the reason and the permitted steps to correct it. A rejection does not automatically authorise you to use the money in another way, nor does it make a new transfer the solution.
8. User details
Check the beneficiary's name, account number, bank identification, currency and reference. A mistake can cause returns, costs or a transfer that is hard to recover. Do not copy a destination received in a message without checking it against the official channel.
Keep the receipts and review the summary before confirming. If you notice the error afterwards, report the identifier and the correction as soon as possible. The possibility of making changes depends on the status of the payment, not only on your request.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
A pending request could be cancelled if the provider allows it and has not yet sent it. Once executed, a change may require the receiver's involvement and is not guaranteed. An automatic reversal is not promised for every method.
Ask in writing whether cancelling returns the amount to the available balance and whether there are related operations. Avoid opening a second request while the first is being decided. Keep confirmation of the effective cancellation.
10. Support and complaints
For guidance, write to [email protected] with the request number, date and method. The confirmed response time is [CONFIRMED RESPONSE TIME]. If the case involves the custodian, also contact their support, because this site does not execute the transfer.
If a response does not clarify the status, request a review and use the complaints procedure. Attach relevant evidence, hiding credentials and other people's data. The records make it possible to tell a bank delay from a request that has not yet been approved.
11. Changes to conditions
The current conditions must be reviewed before each request, especially if the method or the currency has changed. An update published here does not replace the communication the provider must make under its contract. Keep the version that applies to your relationship.
When a new condition is ambiguous, ask about its date of application and its effect on pending requests. The information about costs and timeframes must be read together with Plans and fees.
