and crediting.

Separate the service's processing time from the time your entity needs to credit the money. Confirm the method is enabled before sending money.

First, how to withdraw.

The destination must be in your own name and compatible with returns. These methods are the proposal's reference, subject to confirmation by the provider and the issuer.

For a card, check whether the bank accepts credits through this route. If you need to change the original destination, consult the ownership documentation and the permitted procedure before registering the request.

Next, how to deposit funds.

Verify the beneficiary, currency and reference from the entity's official panel. Do not transfer to a representative's personal account or read a proof of sending as an already available balance.

“Free” describes the reported own charge, not every tariff from banks or processors. “Instant” refers to correct authorisation; a review can delay availability.

A traceable payment.

Keep the identifier, the date and the amount. To enquire about a delay, distinguish whether the payment was rejected, is under review or has already been sent to the receiving entity.

Do not repeat an instruction without knowing the status of the previous one. You could duplicate the deposit or create inconsistent requests.

Useful checks

  • Matching ownership between account and destination.
  • Currency and conversion disclosed before paying.
  • Document from the provider confirming receipt.
  • A reference for contacting the bank or card issuer.

Send a description to [email protected] without full card details. If the money is with a bank or custodian, also use their channels for operational information.

Limits, checks and cancellation options are explained in Withdrawal policy. The fees page lets you review costs other than payment charges.
