Depositing and withdrawing,
with traceability.
A practical guide to verifying the recipient, registering the instruction and following its status. The site's form does not receive deposits.
Before the first deposit.
Identify the operating entity and read the costs and conditions. Verify that your account is enabled and that the method appears as available in its official panel. Do not use payment details sent by a contact you have not verified.
Choose an amount you can afford to risk and keep the resources needed for your commitments separate. A minimum capital figure is not a recommendation about how much you should invest.
Four steps to deposit.
- Choose the method. Check the currency, account ownership and the provider's limits.
- Review the instruction. Compare the beneficiary, the reference and the total cost.
- Authorise from your own channel. Do not share codes so that someone else can operate.
- Confirm the credit. Keep the receipt and verify the balance with the entity.
A successful bank transfer does not prove that the provider has reconciled the deposit. If the balance is missing, enquire with the reference before repeating the payment.
Four steps to withdraw.
- Check what is available. Separate free funds from pending operations.
- Confirm the destination. It must be compatible and belong to the account holder.
- Read the costs and checks. Register the request only once they are clear.
- Keep the identifier. Track approval, dispatch and credit separately.
If you need to change the destination, ask about the procedure. A submitted request may not allow modification or cancellation.
How to interpret a status.
| Status | What to ask |
|---|---|
| Received | Whether it was registered correctly |
| Under review | What information is missing |
| Approved | When it will be sent |
| Sent | Reference for the recipient |
| Credited | Confirmation at the destination |
If there is a discrepancy.
Compare the original amount, the currency, the costs and the conversion. A smaller figure can be due to a disclosed charge, but it must be explainable. Keep receipts from both ends.
